Costa Rica does not change time when the USA, Canada and Europe advance clocks because of Daylight Savings Time. The current time in Costa Rica is:

We are available by phone from 8 AM to 9 PM Monday thru Saturday, and 10 AM – 2 PM Sundays. Our time zone is equivalent of Chicago or Dallas (Central time zone) when USA is in winter time, and the equivalent of Denver (Mountain time) when USA is in summer (Daylight Savings) Time.
